Swimming camps in South Africa

The High Performance Centre, situated in Pretoria, is home to our South Africa swimming camps. The sports ground spans 76 hectare and is a dedicated performance environment. The centre offers outstanding training facilities, medical services, accommodation and nutrition, tailored to the needs of high calibre athletes. The HPC has already become the venue of choice for champions and has established an international reputation for excellence and success. Combined with the best of South Africa’s weather, high altitude, approximately 1500m above sea level, the HPC is the ideal spot for a training camp.

  • Swimming camps - typical 10 day intensive

    All our swimming camps are tailor made to the Club's specification and can be as intensive or as relaxed as required by your coaches.Below is a sample itinerary showing an intensive 10 day camp.

    Day 1 - Fly to Johannesburg Airport and transfer to your accommodation at TuksSport Centre. The complex in Pretoria offers a unique, one-stop sports environment and is home to South Africa’s first HighPerformanceCentre.
    Days 2 - 9 Training will consist of 2 x two hour long sessions in the heated Olympic pool. .
    Day 10 - Relax around the pool in the morning and await your flight back to UK.
