Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the general basis on which Sports & Corporate Group Travel handles tour and hospitality enquiries. Your final quotation, booking confirmation and any supplier terms form the contract for your specific trip.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contract. Quotations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation and the terms stated in the quotation. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed where costs, taxes, exchange rates or supplier charges change.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received. Your confirmation will set out the agreed itinerary, payment schedule, inclusions and any booking-specific conditions.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Changes and cancellations may be subject to charges from us or our suppliers. The terms, deadlines and charges that apply to your booking will be confirmed in your quotation and booking documents.
Travel documents and insurance
Each traveller is responsible for holding the required passport, visa, permissions and health documentation for their journey. We recommend that all travellers take out suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and activities included in the itinerary.
Conduct and safety
The group organiser is responsible for ensuring that all travellers, including minors, follow reasonable instructions from tour leaders, venues, transport providers and accommodation providers. We may remove a traveller from an activity or service where their conduct creates a safety risk or unreasonably disrupts others.
Third-party suppliers
Transport, accommodation, venues, activities and event tickets may be provided by independent suppliers. Their own terms and conditions may apply in addition to these terms. We will identify relevant supplier conditions in your booking documentation where applicable.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where this would be unlawful. Subject to that, our responsibility is limited to the services we have agreed to provide in writing and does not extend to losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by third-party suppliers where we have acted with reasonable care.
Questions or complaints
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a question or concern about your tour. Raising an issue while you are travelling gives us the best opportunity to help resolve it promptly.
